At the Eden Restaurant, nature and the Ibiza landscape are the source of inspiration for our cuisine based on seasonality and sustainability. Taste ingredients grown at its own orchard while enjoying breathtaking views. We cook what we are offered by the vegetable garden, the fish market, the forests, the trusted suppliers… they set the rhythm of our dishes. We seek to promote curiosity and all the senses through sincere, original and sustainable cuisine.
