Deposit, cancellation policy & payment methods

 

To confirm your reservation we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total reservation. Packages and non-refundable rates may have their own deposits and booking conditions.

For your convenience, we allow you to pre-pay 100% in advance with the normal booking conditions, i.e. the cancellation policy only applies on deposit or bank transfer, as we only accept these methods of payment in advance (not on the day of departure).

Please advise us in writing if you wish to cancel your reservation. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

With 10 or more days notice, we will refund 100% of the deposit + any additional pre-payment. Free cancellation.
Between 10 and 3 days in advance if for reasons of force majeure you are unable to travel, we will keep the deposit for a future stay (subject to conditions and rates for new dates), but we will refund any additional pre-payment.

 

Payment methods: cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, American Express, bank transfer and
Currency exchange service available at reception.


If you give us less than 3 days notice, we cannot refund your deposit, but we will refund any additional prepayment.
