When the summer arrives Fran López chef and his team go back to the Eden restaurant of La Hacienda Na Xamena, Ibiza. After summer 2018, one of the most recognized chefs in Spanish gastronomy has decided to return to Ibiza and captain the kitchen of our restaurant to, once again, surprise food lovers from all nationalities around the world, with an elaborate cuisine of Mediterranean product.
The restaurant opened its doors with the arrival of good weather, in the month of June, to invite our hotels guests, tourists and citizens of The White Island to taste the Mediterranean through the 5 senses.

Ibiza is the starting point on which the menu of the 2019 season in Edén Restaurant has been inspired, seeking to maintain the philosophy that the first luxury hotel in Ibiza, the Hacienda Na Xamena, Ibiza, has maintained throughout its almost 50 years of history, Chef Fran López has joined to discover the Ibiza’s Soul through its dishes.
A gastronomic experience to discover Ibiza with the five senses. It begins with the arrival at the restaurant, where the sight and the hearing will be the first surprised, the Edén is a garden, at the top of our building that guarantees to the guest a show for his sense of sight; 360 degrees of pure nature surrounded by local flora; pines and rocks that are accompanied by the sound of the Mediterranean sea waves. Here begins your experience in a protected natural park, in our large garden.
Take a seat, get comfortable, respecting the beauty of our natural environment, the setting to taste our cuisine is a combination of wood, rock and vegetation.
Let’s start from the beginning, Ibiza in our mind, snacks at our table. A brushstroke summary of our product and kitchen. Based on the most typical products of the Ibicencan gastronomy, it makes us travel the 571 square kilometers of the island through the local product; Ibicenco cheese, sobrasada, pine nuts, vegetables and fish are the starting point of this experience.
The Mediterranean gastronomy in the hands of our chef, Fran López has a result “a flavored cuisine in a balanced menu” all preferences and needs are welcome to enjoy the experience.
From our field we obtain our vegetables, so the accompaniments can vary according to the moment, respecting the growth times of each vegetables, we offer what we collect in our own garden. Quality meat and fresh fish from the fish market are the co-stars in a varied and worked-out menu.
And this variety and elaboration become tangible in the famous rice dishes of our chef, a specialty suitable for any palate in the Edén Restaurant

Taste the experience
From June to October the Edén Restaurant, Ibiza opens its doors to enjoy local products through an elaborate gastronomy.
If you prefer to enjoy a meal while the sun shines on high we invite you to visit us from 1:00pm. until 4:00pm. in the afternoon, although our views become magical with the sunset from 8:00pm. to 11:00pm you can diner admiring one of the best sunsets in Ibiza in a magical, quiet and natural environment. On weekends accompanied by live music, a sensory experience suitable for all audiences.
